Hi, I'm Matt — the person behind Zozer Strategy.
For the past 8+ years, I've worked at the intersection of marketing, technology, and creativity. My path started in the music industry, where I helped artists like Pearl Jam and Bishop Briggs connect with fans online, grow their communities, and sell out shows. From there, I moved into larger-scale marketing operations at Universal Music Group, where I led customer engagement and retention strategies across iconic labels like Capitol Records and Motown. Most recently, I managed marketing for a licensed Scooby-Doo eCommerce store and contributed to a startup showcase in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery, helping promote and spotlight emerging tech companies.
But along the way, I noticed something: businesses weren't just struggling with marketing. They were struggling with time. Teams were spending hours stuck in repetitive processes instead of focusing on strategy and growth. That's when I dove headfirst into AI and automation — building workflows, dashboards, and tools that cut manual work, speed up decision-making, and give businesses back their focus.
Zozer Strategy was born out of a simple belief: modern businesses need both smarter marketing and smarter operations. Growth comes from the right mix of creative strategy and practical efficiency. By combining full-funnel marketing expertise with hands-on AI integrations, I help companies not just reach more customers, but run leaner and work smarter.
At the end of the day, I want clients to feel like they're working with a partner who understands their goals, their challenges, and their business — not a generic consultant dropping buzzwords. My work is pragmatic, collaborative, and always tied to measurable results.
If you're looking for a partner who can modernize your growth strategy and make AI work for your business (without the hype), that's what Zozer Strategy is here for.
