This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Zozer, LLC, doing business as "Zozer Strategy" ("Zozer," "we," "our," or "us"). 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without prior notice, if you breach this Agreement or engage in unlawful activity.
